Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled however as long as it has not been processed or shipped we can make changes to it if you would like to take another card instead of the one that was ordered.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on greeting cards. Should you have a problem with your card(s), contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to work out the best solution the problem.
Where do you ship and what is the cost of shipping?
We ship worldwide! Just enter your shipping address when you place your order and the cost of shipping will be automatically calculated for you. All of our cards are shipped out of Toronto and so shipping is calculated accordingly.
How long will delivery take?
Although we do our best to get your cards out in 1-3 days, we cannot guarantee the postal service unless you ask for expedited service in which case there are options to get your cards sooner. Regular shipping normally takes up to 7-10 business days depending on your location and that can take even longer depending on the time of year.
Can you write a card on my behalf?
Yes, I can write your card for you if you need it sending directly to the recipient. Just let me know in your order notes.
Can I personalize a card?
Personalizing a single card is not an option. However, we do customize cards if there is a bulk order of at least 50 cards. Please reach out through email to firstname.lastname@example.org for custom orders.
Can I mix and match the colors in my order of Custom Money Envelopes
Unfortunately, no. When you place an order for money envelopes with your name printed on each one, they must all be identical in the writing, design and the color you choose to go with.
